Elisha Owusu

Born in France to Ghanaian parents, Elisha Owusu came through Olympique Lyon''s youth academy, progressing from Lyon B to the first team, with a loan to Sochaux in 2018/19. He moved to Belgian side Gent in 2019, where he spent four seasons, before signing for Auxerre in 2023. He made his Ghana debut in a crucial 1–1 World Cup qualification draw with Nigeria in March 2022 — a result that helped Ghana qualify for the 2022 World Cup. He was also part of Ghana''s squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, and brings tactical discipline and passing range to the Black Stars'' midfield.
