One 100 Talent

One Campaign,Many Talents.

A globally streamed platform for emerging artists, performing pre-recorded versions of the O1P Campaign Soundtrack across a structured match-day window, with a floating Grand Final that follows the conclusion of Ghana's World Cup campaign.

What is One 100 Talent?

The live entertainment programme of One 100 Parties

Not a TV Talent Show

Tournament-linked, culturally specific, globally streamed and sponsor-funded, not broadcast-commissioned.

Not a YouTube Talent Event

Structured prize pathway and career infrastructure. Performers aren't competing for views alone.

Not a Battle

A showcase, not a battle. Tone is celebratory, consistent with 'Win or Lose, We Go Party'.

Not an Award Ceremony

Happens in real time, tied to the energy of a live match window, with active audience participation.

The Two Layers

Persona and performers, two layers, one programme

Campaign Artist

The Persona

  • A purpose-built fictional artist identity
  • Conceived and owned by Agoro Studios / XL Music / ShaQ Bottega / O1P
  • Credited author of the Campaign Soundtrack
  • Released across 150+ DSPs
  • Sponsors license music against this identity
  • One per tournament cycle

30-Artist Talent Pool

The Performers

  • Real, named emerging human performers
  • Curated by Agoro Studios; XL Music supports West African sourcing
  • Performers who bring the Soundtrack to life each heat
  • Artists retain all their own IP, no claim on the Soundtrack
  • O1P broadcast content only, not released on DSPs
  • 30+ in the Phase 1 backlog; grows across cycles

The IP Framework

Why performing the Campaign Soundtrack benefits everyone

O1P

All music IP stays with O1P. Every performance drives streams, downloads, sync value and DSP royalties on O1P-owned tracks.

Artists

A globally distributed platform, judge and audience exposure, and a prize pathway, without surrendering any of their own IP.

Sponsors

Sync licensing is clean. No artist-specific rights complications. All sponsor-branded content uses O1P-licensed music.

Legal

Simple performance agreements, not publishing, master recording, or management contracts. Faster and cheaper to execute.

Why Pre-Recorded

A deliberate editorial and operational decision

Editorial Control

O1P controls pacing, quality and narrative flow. No dead air or timing overruns.

Quality Assurance

Performances reviewed and approved before broadcast, consistent with brand and sponsor commitments.

Geographic Reach

Talent from Accra, London, Lagos, Toronto or anywhere in the Diaspora, no travel logistics.

Production Finish

Lower-thirds, sponsor branding and O1P visual identity applied cleanly to every clip.

Permanent Asset

Each clip becomes a permanent O1P asset, Shorts, Reels and long-form after broadcast.

Tournament Structure
